SPATIAL PROBLEMS
PROBLEMATIC
After a meeting with the facilities they changed our space therefore this has caused a major problem for how we are going to hang / support decorations.
Also it is going to echo more . We have been over ruled so we will have to try and organise tressels , backgrounds and stages. From this the facilitator groups should be supporting us because this has changed and caused many problems.

We are TEAM 40 - CLUB TROPICANA - the music event .
After multiple discussions with tutors and other members of the facilities team we need your help .
THIS IS OUR WISH LIST :
STAGE
- 7 Metres widths by 3 metres depth
-As we are being now moved into the centre we need TRESSELS . At Massey there are two TRESSELS avaliable it would be the best option for a frame this would allow us to hang / wrapp decorations and support the palm trees.
We have spoken to carl the maintenance man about the tressels and he said any at massey is possible get , Can you confirm we can get these for the day please.
- In 10B12 the spatial tutor talked about the detachable MDF PANELS to create a backdrop . COULD WE GET THESE TO COVER THE 7 metre BACKGROUND ???
- We have Fake grass so we will put it by the chill out zone in front of the stage
- Can the materials group or one of the groups provide the bean bags for arounds the grassy area.
- The reason our EVENT needs TRESSELS is to hang our banner - We have been involved with Glassons to try and get their banner to use as a backdrop however we have made an extra banner which we screen printed.
THIS WAS OUR ORIGINAL SPACE - we had planned for walls to support the palm trees and to hang decorations from this is crucial to the overall theme of the project creating a real wow factor.

LIGHTING :)
ZAC IMHOOF has been speaking to a guy name MAC in the technical sound team and was hoping he could get around 4 gel lights or some sort of floor lights that could be used to light the stage.
- We don't want to pay to hire lights as our costs are getting far too high with all the props , materials.
Can you please tell us what is avalibale and please help us achieve this :)
MUSICAL EQUIPMENT
- We really need
- 3 microphones and 2 guitar amps ,
could you please help us get these from the Massey school of MUSIC
- we would need at least 6 extension cords ( on top of the small ones we can source)
Could you please contact all the necessary teams that need to be involved as we are the central act and things need to run smoothly .
