EMAIL CONFIRMING THE BEAN BAGS
WITH TOM PRINGLE
As the chill out zone is located in front of the stage we didnt want to assume that the event layout design team would take care of the bean bags. To ensure this runs smoothly on the day I emailed Tom Pringe who is doing the best he can to source the bean bags from the tea gardens. Its a win + win situation for both team 40 and the design layout team.
