Organising the Exact times for the bands and styles

LIST OF BANDS AND STYLES  

I have compiled a brainstorm of all the musicians that have been in contact with Club Tropicana including a brief discussion of:

- What type of Act they are ; Solo , Duo or Group/Band
- What is their style of music and compile a line up that has a variety of sounds/tone

 BRAINSTORMED A LINE UP TIMETABLE FOR THE ACTS 

- Including short intermissions for the acoustic /solo acts               30 mins  

- Garden Party is the main act                                                                40 mins

So we have managed to get so many acts that we need to cut some. Since we are working with 3 hours, and we need to expect a 10-20 minute gap between acts to set up we are really limited.  I tgink 5-6 is the most we can fit. Here are a list of the people/bands who said they would play. Cody tucker, flit nintron, flix rose, alex ware, alison tod, garden party, tori reed, graham James, and a few that I will add to this list later.

Any how we need to cut a few. The lineup I want is cody tucker as our student up and comer, flixrose and tori reed hopefully a couple each and some together, alison tod, graeham james and finish with garden party. These guys all offer something unique and have a good reputation in the wellington music scene
